Through the newsletter sign-up, we collect your email address (and your name, if the form asks for it) to send you periodic communications about Olush Studio. The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@olushstudio.com

How data is processed, and third-party providers

Data is processed using IT tools and adequate security measures, with access limited to authorized personnel only. The newsletter is managed through Squarespace, which acts as data processor.

Data retention

Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, unless a different legal obligation applies. Data collected for the newsletter is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent, by writing to info@olushstudio.com.
