The Idea.
Olush Studio starts from a simple word, “oluşmak”, the Turkish verb for becoming: taking shape, forming, staying in motion rather than arriving at a fixed point.
That process of becoming runs through three fields.
Coaching is about arriving at a desired state.
English is about becoming more confident with a language, not only from a grammar point of view, but in the confidence to speak it in public.
Creativity is about believing in your own ideas, discovering new worlds, and learning to handle mistakes along the way.
Language teaching, coaching and creative work are treated here as three expressions of the same discipline: helping people build a working relationship with failure, evaluation and feedback, and keep moving instead of shutting down.
Olush Studio was built on this premise.
Community.
Learning a language, or learning to handle feedback well, both need the same thing: practice in front of other people who are not there to judge you. Community is the space where that practice happens outside a classroom or a session.
This is where the Monday Word Club lives, a weekly note in English built around a personal story, a piece of accessible science, a vocabulary point and a small exercise, closing every week with the same line: don't give up, be relentless.
This is also where in-person meetings happen. English breakfasts, conversation mornings, open events where students, professionals and anyone curious about the method can sit down, speak, get things wrong out loud, and realize that nobody else is keeping score either.
This ecosystem was built because serenity needs to come back into schools, companies and classrooms. Not comfort, not ease, but the calm that lets a person try, get something wrong, and try again without shutting down.

Group courses for different levels and individual lessons, both built around real communicative use rather than grammar in isolation. Different paths, all focused on peer to peer teaching games and real practice. Every course is led by a CELTA (Cambridge) certified teacher.

Creative workshops used as a working tool, not entertainment. They are among the few school spaces without a single right answer, which lowers the guard of more rigid students and reconnects them with the willingness to try. Creating together also lowers invisible hierarchies inside a class, changing how students who struggle elsewhere are seen, by peers and by themselves.

The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 ranks creative thinking among the skills companies will need most by 2030, and a good workshop trains it without anyone noticing. Creating together also lowers invisible hierarchies inside a team, changing how colleagues who rarely speak up in meetings are seen, by peers and by themselves.
About The Founder.
Chiara Marchesi, founded Olush Studio to bring together three disciplines she had already spent years building separately: teaching English, coaching people through change, and using creativity as a working tool rather than a hobby. She was selected for LEAdHer, Ca' Foscari's leadership program, and for B.Gen, Borderless Factory's mentorship program for young entrepreneurs.
She holds a CELTA (Cambridge), completed in 2022 after a full academic year on Erasmus+ at the College of Arts and Humanities in Edinburgh. She started teaching a month later, stepping into the classroom with the same confidence and closeness to her students that still define her method today. She is currently training toward ICF certification at ID Coaching in Rome.
Her academic background is in Languages, Cultures and Societies of Asia and the Mediterranean from Ca' Foscari University of Venice, with a specialization in Turkish and Arabic, later completed at the master's level. That specialization is the foundation of the Cross-Cultural Intelligence workshop on Arab and Turkish markets, now part of Corporate Services, built on direct academic knowledge rather than generic training material.
Before founding Olush Studio, she worked at EF Education First in Dublin, where she was recognized as Team Builder, and provided strategic and executive support at MIAT, the Milan Institute for Arts and Technology. Outside her professional work, she has spent nine years in educational volunteering, including coordination at Penny Wirton Modena and the creativity project Officina Windsor Park.
